Counseling

Most of us move through life repeating patterns we didn’t choose. They come from our history, our relationships, and the ways we learned to keep ourselves safe.  In counseling, we make sense of those patterns so you can understand what’s happening inside you and between you and the people you care about. We slow things down, look at what’s working, what’s not, and what needs attention. Because when you understand your story, you can make different choices—and that’s where change really begins.   Below are the ways we can work together.

Compassionate therapy for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. We explore the patterns that shape how you see yourself and the world, creating space for insight, healing, and growth. My approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and rooted in genuine presence

Relationships are never easy, but you never expected things to feel quite this hard. You’re struggling with feeling connected, understood, and able to express yourself in ways that feel true to who you are. But the more you try to fix things, the more stuck you feel.

No matter what your relationships look like or the experiences you’re having,

Trauma Informed

A steady, safe space to work through the experiences that still affect how you think, feel, and relate today. We move at your pace, helping you understand your reactions and build the grounding you need to feel more in control and connected.

I use evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to support healing in a structured, effective way—while still honoring your story and what you need in the moment.

"You can't heal what you don't understand. And you can't transform what you can't see."

You don’t have to do this alone. Let's begin with one honest conversation.
