About
Healing begins in relationships.
Finding the right therapist matters—it’s about feeling safe, seen, and supported. Here’s a glimpse into who I am and how I work, so you can sense whether this space feels right for you.
My Approach
My approach weaves clinical insight with spiritual understanding and genuine presence. It's collaborative, compassionate, and grounded. While I draw primarily from my systemic and relational training, I also integrate elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, EMDR, and traditional talk therapy. What matters most, though, is the relationship we build together.
Whether you're seeking therapy, joining a retreat, or simply beginning to question the narrative you've been living, you've found a place where healing isn't forced. It's nurtured.
Therapy with me is ....
My background
I’ve completed years of training and education to do this work, but that doesn’t make me the expert of your life—you are. You know your story best. My role isn’t to tell you who to be, but to come alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and the skills I’ve developed to help you make sense of that story and move toward healing and growth.
My work is grounded in systems theory, which means I pay close attention to patterns — how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to the environments that have shaped us. Real change doesn’t happen in isolation; it happens in relationship. When we begin to understand those connections, healing naturally follows.
