Individual Therapy
Life is challenging and we all have experiences that we can’t seem to make sense of. Individual counseling can provide an opportunity for you to examine your life experiences and how they impact the way you think, behave and relate to others. Together we will address the issues that are causing you to feel stuck so that you understand where you are and how to get to where you want to be. I work with people on a wide array of issues, including self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, life transition and family issues.

Relationship Therapy
We are created to live in love and connection with one another. Our relationships are wonderful and bring us joy, safety but also pain and heartbreak. Couples counseling can be a great way to strengthen and improve your relationship no matter who you are or where you are in your relationship. I work with couples at all stages of their relationship, dating, engaged or married. Whether your relationship is in crisis or you want to make sure it stays healthy, I can help you explore it all. Together, I will help you identify healthy and unhealthy cycles within your relationship to help restore and maintain balance.
Pre-Marital Therapy. Getting married is an exciting and important milestone and one of the most important things that you can do is prepare. Premarital counseling helps to start your marriage with a strong foundation. Research shows that couples who receive premarital counseling have a thirty percent lower divorce rate than couples who do not receive any (Scott Stanley, The Marriage Project).
Consulting
I offer corporate counseling and training services to address workplace issues and employee's personal issues. As a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), I have specialized training in providing services to management and employees to help create a better work environment which in turns, increases productivity. I provide a full range of consultation services that can be customized to the particular needs of each organization.

Supervision
Are you seeking postgraduate supervision for licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist or a Licensed Professional Counselor? I am a Board Approved AAMFT Supervisor and also a Licensed Professional Supervisor in the state of Louisiana. I offer both individual and group supervision both face-to-face and video.
